Every quote we produce comes from one engine. Transfers are priced as a vehicle base rate plus mileage, with an airport surcharge that covers parking and permits. Hourly bookings are the hourly rate multiplied by the hours, with a three-hour minimum.
From eight hours the day rate applies, which discounts the hourly total by ten per cent. That is why a full-day tour is usually better value booked as one block than as a series of transfers.
VAT is added at 20% at the end, and we always show both the net and the gross figure. Business accounts get a consolidated monthly VAT invoice with cost-centre breakdowns.
What we never do is surge. A rainy Friday evening in the City costs exactly what a quiet Tuesday morning costs, because the chauffeur is employed and paid the same either way.
