Meet and greet is the difference between an airport transfer and a taxi. Your chauffeur parks in the short-stay car park, walks into the arrivals hall and waits at the barrier with a name board from the moment your flight lands.
We track the inbound flight from take-off, so a two-hour delay simply moves the pick-up. There is no charge for the delay, and the 60 minutes of complimentary waiting starts when the wheels touch down, not when you booked.
At Heathrow that matters more than at most airports: immigration queues at T5 and T2 can run past an hour at peak times. A kerbside-only service will have already charged you waiting time by then.
Everything is included in the fixed price — parking, the airport drop-off charge, tolls and the congestion charge if the journey ends in Central London. The number you see when you request the quote is the number on the invoice.
