How long is the drive to Edinburgh Airport?
Typically 20–35 min from Edinburgh city centre. We build in a traffic buffer for your departure time and monitor the route on the morning of travel, adjusting the pick-up if the M25 or approach roads are congested.
Which terminals do you serve at EDI?
Single terminal. Your chauffeur confirms the terminal against your flight number the evening before, so a last-minute terminal change is handled without you having to call.
How much luggage can I bring?
Business Class carries 3 passengers and 2 large cases; First Class carries 3 passengers and 2 large cases; Business Van / SUV carries 6 passengers and 5 large cases. For families or crews we recommend the Business Van; oversized items such as skis, golf clubs or pushchairs should be flagged at booking so the right vehicle is allocated.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
Inside the arrivals hall with a name board, after you clear customs — unless you prefer kerbside collection, which we can arrange at Edinburgh Airport. Your chauffeur helps with luggage and walks you to the car; parking is included in the quoted price.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Your flight is monitored from take-off and the pick-up time moves automatically with any delay or early landing. You get 60 minutes of complimentary waiting after an international landing and 30 minutes after a domestic one.
What if my flight is cancelled or diverted?
Call the 24/7 operations desk and we will rebook to the new flight or the diversion airport at the standard published rate. Cancellations caused by the airline are never charged.
