Frequently asked questions
Which routes do you cover for drive your vehicle?
We start from Central London and cover the whole of Greater London, the Home Counties and nationwide long-distance journeys. Routes are planned the night before against live traffic and event data, and your chauffeur carries a primary and an alternative route for every leg.
How much luggage can each vehicle take?
Business Class carries 3 passengers and 2 large cases; First Class carries 3 passengers and 2 large cases; Business Van / SUV carries 6 passengers and 5 large cases. If you are travelling with golf clubs, ski bags, instruments or event equipment, tell the operations desk when you book and we will assign a Business Van or add a second vehicle at no notice charge.
Is meet and greet included?
Yes. Your chauffeur arrives 15 minutes before the booked time, meets you at the door or in the arrivals hall with a name board, assists with luggage and confirms the itinerary before departing. There is no separate meet-and-greet fee.
Do you monitor flights and train times?
Every airport pick-up is matched to a live flight feed, so the chauffeur is repositioned automatically when your flight moves. Rail collections are tracked against National Rail live times. You are never charged for a delay outside your control.
How is the price calculated, and does it include VAT?
All quotes come from the same pricing engine: a fixed vehicle base rate plus mileage for transfers, or an hourly rate with a 3-hour minimum and a discounted day rate from 8 hours. Tolls, parking, airport charges and the congestion charge are included, and every total shown includes VAT at 20%.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Inside 24 hours we charge 50%, and no-shows are charged in full. Account clients can amend timings free of charge up to 3 hours before travel.
